Seven steps from first message to final film.
Inquiry
You reach out. Tell us about your day — where, when, who, and what matters most to you. There's no right or wrong way to do this. We just want to hear about your people.
The conversation
Within 48 hours, we respond. If the date is available and the fit feels right, we'll schedule a quick 20-minute video call — no pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation to make sure we're the right people for each other.
Booking
A signed agreement and a 30% deposit secure your date. We take a small number of weddings each year — typically 25–30 — so once you're booked, you're in.
Pre-wedding meeting
2–4 weeks before your wedding, we'll have another conversation. Walk us through the day: timeline, venues, key people, moments you want held. This is where we learn how your day is going to feel.
Your wedding day
We arrive early and stay late. We move quietly. We read the room. We catch moments before they're over. Most couples say by the ceremony they forgot the camera was there. That's the goal.
Post-production
After your wedding, we spend weeks on your film. Every edit, every cut, every music choice is made in service of one thing: making something you'll actually want to watch over and over.
Delivery
Your highlight film arrives via private streaming link within 12–16 weeks. This is the part where most couples cry. In the best way.

The week before your wedding.
We’ll confirm your timeline, review the venue details, and make sure we know exactly how your day is going to flow. There’s nothing to prep or plan on your end — just show up and be present. That’s your only job.
