Questions couples ask.
Most couples book 12–18 months before their wedding. Peak season in Dallas fills quickly — if you have a date, the sooner you reach out the better. We take a limited number of weddings per year to ensure each one gets full attention.
We can hold a date for up to 7 days while you're deciding. After that, dates are first-come, first-served. A signed contract and deposit secure your date.
We keep the calendar intentionally small — typically 25–30 weddings per year. This isn't a volume business. Every couple on the calendar gets the same level of care.
The highlight film is typically 8–12 minutes, cut to music that fits the tone of the day. It's not a recap — it's a story. The edit focuses on the emotional arc of the day, not just the checklist of moments.
We can absolutely discuss music preferences and mood. We license all music professionally, so what ends up in your film is legally cleared for streaming and sharing.
Highlight films deliver within 12–16 weeks of your wedding date. Full ceremony edits take a bit longer. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
You'll receive a private, password-protected streaming link (Vimeo). The film is also available as a downloadable file so you can keep it forever.
This is the thing we care most about. The approach is observational — we move quietly, we read the room, and we stay out of conversations and moments that aren't ours to interrupt. Most couples say by the ceremony they forgot we were there.
Rarely, and only when helpful. We don't stage moments. We catch them. The rare exception is a brief 5–10 minute golden-hour walkabout where gentle direction can help — but only if you want it.
Rain makes for some of the best films. We come prepared for any weather and have shot in everything from Texas thunderstorms to mountain snowstorms. The light is often incredible.
Yes. We travel internationally and domestically. There's no travel surcharge within 150 miles of Dallas. Beyond that, travel costs (flights, accommodation) are quoted per project and added to your collection.
Absolutely. A quick video call is a standard part of the process — we want to make sure the fit is right on both sides before anything is signed.
A second shooter is available as an add-on to any collection, and is included in The Full Day collection. For most weddings, one camera is enough to tell the whole story.
